I've been wanting to do this for a long time; create a series of workout playlists. Seems that people always try to find songs to get them going on the treadmill! Mind you, I'm no John Cusack - I don't exactly follow the High Fidelity mixtape rules. But, I generally keep my lists themed, and approximately 45 minutes long - give or take. That is the time I spend in the gym in the morning, including the drive back home, 5 minutes (you know, to cool down). So here goes:
