Nah I know what you're saying I'm not involved with him business wise at all hes just a friend I just think his label is very locked down with putting the material out there for free. hes been in working on new album mode so I havent talked to him a bit, but Ill run this by him.

As I said the genre is very niche a lot of the labels try and fight leaks by not doing that. He got some tracks and videos on youtube yes. But not like his whole albums. But theres a decent amount of material, yeah. The Fuck your name track isn't though, why I don't know its on one of his free compilations though.

Well glad you enjoyed it, if you ever want an album or something let me know. Mr. Kiltcha is a member of the horrorcore group Sycksyde, they're somewhat legends in that lil genre. Personal stuff keeps me from liking them a bit but they are alright musically. I'll let him know what you thought next time I talk to him. Mountain of The Cannibal God is the name of his album, he wrote that as like one huge story the guy is very talented, I know he was plannign of doing MF DOOM esque mixtape over MF DOOM beats. His diss track to a dude named Hex was sick. Called "Fuck Your Name" interested in any lemme know.

I can pick up sarcasm, I was just stating. Heres the thing... hes not exactly "Street" music, this is a underground horrorcore dude. Its not like you can throw him on a street tape between MC McDoDirt and Lil Baby G and have him fit in lol. He has been on a few comps that got him hype within the genre and scene but the scene is INCREDIBLY niche its not like other forms of hip hop that you can just pick up outta nowhere and be like 'Oh ok, this shit reminds me of some other shit, this is nice" ya know? Horrorcore is its own lil thing its a subgenre of hip hop but its like the red headed step child, ya feel me? So the whole street cred and essentially game don't really play into the hype, its a whole other mind state. Its like an audio horror movie in some extent. The dude is very creative thats not an issue and he does have some serious ties to more popular/well know hip hop crews, went to some school Immortal Technique and Dead Prez taught at for industry lessons.

(continued from last shout) out there that finding gems ain't as easy. So people don't blindly buy unless they hear some shit. He put out a free EP and that got it popping a bit for him then had his shit delayed a bit so the hyped died down a lil bit and wanted to build hype again, so he leaked it and I guess its going better now since hes working on his next album with money I'd assume thats partially from the sales of the album.

Nah I know what you're talking about but in my buddies case personally hes part of a very underground scene not even the most in depth hip hop head knows of unless they're into that niche part of the genre, ya feel me? To my knowledge you can only get his albums off his and his site's website. Yup thats how I got a lot of my music when I was younger, when I did live in Queens it was a lot easier then when I was out here on Long Island. But I also had a cousin from Detroit whod bring me all this shit that no one really knew of on a major level at the time, everything from Old ICP, Esham, old Proof, Dilla, even Eminem's shit before he blew up. Now all of those names aren't as flattering as the other, but its the point. Iunno where you're going with the whole an album aint good if you didnt get it for free, I dont think thats the case at all. In my buddies case the fanbase is actually very supportive of the artists they enjoy, its just a matter of there being a lot of garbage "Rappers"

I think illegal downloads should be tracked some way, just to see how popping someone really is. Eminem recently went Diamond on MMLP and The Eminem Show, imagine the number he'd be at without illegal downloads? Or if downloads were tracked? Shiiiiit. But its all about money and that doesn't = money. I think Japan or China got some system were artists get paid for illegal downloads or something, though. Haha yeah criminal serve a purpose in some cases shit like that happens I know other criminals are used to make security systems harder to get through as well.

Yeah I know about that, but in this situation i aint feeling the whole less is more shit haha. I want more Nas/Scarface as well. Face is one of my all time favs. If I ever stumble across the image I'll let you know. Yeah that only works for some. Rumor was Tyler leaked Goblin as well lol. But who knows some artists like in my buddies case is underground and the scene doesn't get much promotion/hype because its so underground but there is a solid fanbase. The fact his albums wouldn't leak was hurting his sales a bit cus people essentially had to blindly buy. Its kinda like that Ice T quote (paraphrasing) "Its like I'm selling you grenades, now I could show you one that works fine but that doesn't mean the rest are good, so you either believe I got good shit or you don't" and that doesn't always work for some people. So he wanted to leak it cus the fanbase is there and his name was known but the hype and promo wasn't, ya know?

Oh don't get me wrong I know Weezy can light it up when he wants to, first song that came to mind is Georgia Bush. Theres an image that addresses the whole leaking thing and how certain things leak so early and where they leak from. It was quite interesting, on point and made sense. If I ever find it ill share it with you but its been a few months easily since I seen it. Some times it leaks from the warehouse, sometimes from the truck, the store itself and sometimes just from the masters/or email hackers. Crazy how it works, people are quick with it though. I heard recently some dude was facing jail time for leaking Kanye's Graduation album. I got friends who are rappers he asked me to leak his album once to increase sales and I was like lol nah man... I know your label will gun for me. He said nah hed take care of it. Still refused to do it though.

Game is trying to make music that appeals to the masses for singles and shit, he had his moments on his last few mixtapes that were grimey. Like that Get Em song on Brake Lights. Then he had his moments where he showed he can still spit real nice like on Blackout. I'm pretty sure he did but off the top of my head no. I'm sure he did with at least one of the albums with Polo. Ah alright then but still that would be a great collab, a good amount of artists I'd like to see Nas hop on a track with. Sha Stimuli is one of them.

Yeah i heard a good amount of the unreleased ones and they're dope its a shame they weren't included. Distant Relatives just flowed real well. Even the Lil Wayne feature was dope, you can tell that was written by Nas for him lmao. Yeah Nas got abrasive for awhile there, I can see some issue but whos really fucking with Nas? Theres still a market for lyrical shit, I just don't think these labels know how to reach it without stepping on toes of the market they usually market to, which is humorous... and ridiculous... and a shame. Look at Lupe's last album. Thats a product of that. Yes it is, it actually leaked already, I listened to it the other day.

Yeah of course. All the stuff before and in the Illmatic era is so sick. I don't know if it's true but I heard that exists another tape besides Pre - Illmatic called Hellmatic. I keep an eye open and let you know if I find some.

You're right, Game is just doing music by numbers right now. Numbers that worked for the past, not necessarily gunna work now. Its actually kind of annoying I would hate to be a Game mega-fan right now with all these delays. I feel you on Nas, he came out and said recently Untitled wasn't solid, didn't he? He'll be back strong though, Distant Relatives got some doubters back on his side. Lost Tapes 2 wouldve been a great way to get shit popping again but I guess the label was being bitchy about it. I'm looking forward to that new shit though. Those collabos are fucking awesome, Kool G Rap is one of my all time favorites, top 5 DoA IMO.

MF DOOM.. thats all I got to say, his music is timeless IMO, I can listen to him at any given point and still be like "Damn... this dude got it" same with MF Grimm. Haha its all good don't even sweat it. I agree with you on a lot of what you said. I just can't say much else to that other then you can tell whos in it for the love of it, and whos in it for the money. Thats always been the most obvious thing to see in rappers.

I'm not holding my breath for Red, I liked a lil bit of what I heard between Brake Lights and Purp & Patron but I'm not convinced its gunna be anything special. The best of Game is behind him. I want Lost Tapes 2 but that doesn't seem to be going to happen :/ Jay Elect is nice, as is Joell. Theres a lot of talent people don't fully appreciate. Jay really really needs to get his shit out lol I understand the whole doing it at his own pace thing, but how long can you make people wait before they're like whatever man. I can listen to just about everything but content is most important, I can listen to dudes like Weezy and shit like that but I can't like I would other rappers cus if you're not saying much the music only has so much life to it. Method Man went on a rant about this when he took the Waka Flocka quote out of context. As for Drake hes got talent, he shows signs here and there, but you're right, him and Nicki are both on that wagon to hard.

A lot of Game's "wounds" are self inflicted. These constant push backs, this up and down bullshit with beefs, etc. People just get tired, and thats why 50 more than anything refuses to work with him. How are you gunna work with a dude who wakes up not knowing how the fuck he feels about something big like that everyday? Even Lloyd Banks put that whole potential to work with Buck and/or Game again to rest. Since 400 Bars hes deaded it again and asked 50 to get with him, dude is bipolar like I said. Snoop is another that apparently gets shit about claiming what he does, although Snoop was part of it before he was famous.

Lol Jigga is one sneaky mufucka. But I can't even lie, I take pride in being an honest man, but if I had a rational fear of losing fucking Beyonce... and I could hide it... shit i would to... lol. I think it isn't hard to realize Jay has changed considerably from when he was younger. When I heard his shit with Jaz-O years ago, to even right when he went out on his own, or his shit on Graveyard with Big L. I was like sweet jesus, where did that Jay go? lol. He changed to get with whats gunna make money now. Is it cool? Maybe not, I prefer old Jay of course but hes still better than most doing it (on the level hes doing it, I know waaayyy to many emcees out of the public eye that would massacre Jigga to make a blanket statement like that).

Haha I was more talking about Jay's hand in some dirty shit still. I've heard he funds some shit, but I don't know how truthful that is. But I wouldn't be shocked. Jay-Z knows how to stay relevant through being a big brother/mentor to some as well as keeping his material relevant. People got on him for "dumbing his shit down" which I mean... yeah I prefer old Jigga as well, but cmon... its not that bad. Still got the quotable Hov. I feel you on that, some people are just to stubborn, egos getting hurt and everything. Especially in the Game/50 shit, how many times has Game changed his mind? Dude is bi-polar lol.

Exactly thats the thing that always amused, Pac spent most of his life on the east coast, NYC, Baltimore, etc. The thing that made Snoop and Pac stop talking was that Snoop wouldn't ride with Pac completely. Snoop said something along the lines of having love for Biggie in the heat of that whole thing and that did not make Pac happy, at all. I dont think Pac ever went at Snoop, but was just bothered that Snoop wouldnt ride for him. I've heard a couple things about why Snoop had issue with Suge going as far to say he thought he was gunna have to kill Suge. It was a fucked up situation. Shit even when Kurupt went back later on in his career he was not happy there, at all. Suge is a shisty motherfucker.

Yeah thats pretty much it, its trying to take negative energy as you said and make it good, but a lot of the dudes who are into it are still very much into the negative shit they try and get away from. Haha well theres a lot more to a person than the fact he/she was dancing like Mac Dre himself has one hell of a record lol, god bless his soul. E-40 is just a dude with his hand still in the streets, people respect that. Jay-Z is another one but hes more secretive about it lol. You talking about Snoop hating on Nas like the story changing? I dont think that was the case I just think he was interviewed at two very different times, Snoop matured a lot over the years. Thats why Snoop and Pac weren't on good terms when Pac passed away. Snoop is one of the few dudes in hip hop that I seem to actually like as a person as well.

Hmm I'll have to peep that then. You can tell Nas & 2Pac had a serious respect for each other, even if there was even a smidget of tension between them. They found inspiration in each others stuff, they were like the opposite coast versions of themselves in many ways to an extent. And no that picture is legit its the artwork for the single. Probably just a picture that was sat on. I mean throughout artists lives I'm sure theres plenty of pics we havent seen. Or never want to see... lol
