or maybe not, considering Deerhoof formed around the same time, i didn't realize Deerhoof had been around quite that long, i thought they came out late 90's

in response to "why mention blonde redhead? they're awesome, but there's no comparison between them and deerhoof" I would guess there is definitely some influence from Blonde Redhead on Deerhoof, not to compare the two, but just to see there is some influence, both amazing bands!
