It's always the same for me. When I realize the strength of a good band, it's nearly always too late. At The Drive-In broke apart in 2001 and the followers The Mars Volta and Sparta were founded. But none of this bands reached the quality of At The Drive-In.
I don't know how to categorize this music, you need to help me. I guess, you could call it Post Hardcore. But the categorization is not that important. It's the energy of the voice, the power of the guitar, the emotions of the songs, which persuaded me to listen to this songs.
Above all I love the songs:
Napoleon Solo
Catacombs
This Night Has Opened My Eyes (The Smiths-cover)
