I didn't know what lastfm was until _g told me "REGISTER WITH LASTFM !" (this is another proof of my ignorance haha). It quickly became really, really addictive. First, I didn't understand what was lastfm's utility, and then everytime I listened for a new track, I was uptating the web page in order to see if the track had been scrobbled. (Please tell me that I'm not the only who does stupid things like that –")
Useless speach to say : YEAH ONE YEAR ON LASTFM ! Let's see my charts (no surprises.) :

→ Top artists :

1. ムック (MUCC). No surprises. MUCC is my favorite band and I'm really looking forward to listening to their new single. They show us a totally new musical direction and we can say that the new single will certainly follow this direction, but the question is : How ?! That's why I can hardly wait, I hope they won't release a 'Flight II', but don't speak about bad things.

2. DIR EN GREY. No surprises too. DIR EN GREY is an awesome band, especially in live. Kyô's vocal performances are always different and all their lives look like no other one. Musicians often bring musical innovations to their older tracks, it's very interesting. Their evolution is also interesting and I truly think that the older they get, the better they are. I'm waiting their new single with the same impatience than for MUCC's one.

3. メリー (merry). Other great band. I may have never known them if _g (again) didn't send to me PEEP SHOW, wonderful album. I wasn't disappointed by their last album which was, in my opinion, as great as PEEP SHOW. Gara's voice is truly fantastic and guitars' sound is very, very particular and easily recognizable.

4. ギルガメッシュ (girugämesh). I got into this band because of _g (again and again, I'm such a musical dumbbell.) I loved 13's reborn but I really discovered them with their album girugämesh, powerful album. I think that they are high-situated in my top because of this album =D

5. deadman. The same as merry and girugämesh and the same as many other bands I love, thanks to _g. (This post will certainly be a series of thanks to _g XD) Guitar part is always fantastic and Mako's voice was so breathtaking. It's such a pity that he didn't keep on singing. I wish I could hear him again in another band.

5 japanese artists … And I bother my sister (Hero_ism) with my usual "Listen to something else than Jrock !" *ashamed*.

1. dizzy: First song by lynch. I listened to and my favorite one btw. Powerful song, strong guitars, charismatic singer. Awesome track.

2. Nothing Else: Elie, a friend keen on trip-hop, wrote an article on this blog where he joined Nothing Else's video clip. I have no words to describe how beautiful this song is. You absolutely have to listen to it.

3. ひらひらとんでる。: (Hirahira Tonderu.): Best song on M.E.R.R.Y, the children chorus at the end of the song is awesome. One of the best merry intros in my opinion.

4. monster tree: Favorite song by deadman and one of my favorite guitar's intro ever. Mako's plaintive voice totally fits with the lyrics. I think that, for the most part, deadman songs always express melancholy and nostalgia and, in my opinion, this song is truly representative of deadman's music.

5. 凌辱の雨: (Ryoujoku no Ame): Best song on TMOAB. Strong guitars and Kyô's singing, so moving, make this song so intense. (Always hard to write what I mean in English. When I write things like that because I can't manage to write what I want, I really look like a stupid girl.)

I don't put the results of the top album because it is wrong. Lastfm should correct that mistake oO.

I hesitate between Kisô and THE MARROW OF A BONE

It's not that deep inside I hope for tragedy
I just want to see you." I don't know every deadman lyrics translations but I really love this one. They remind me some lyrics by THE BACK HORN …

→ How many times have you seen 4 live ?
Never T_T They were in Paris last January 27th but I couldn't go there. What a shame.

→ What is your favourite song by 7 ?
So many songs … Probably JUST MAD PAIN or 鴉色の胎児 (Karasu iro no Taiji). I don't really know.

→ What is a good memory you have considering the music of 10 ?
Under the rain, laughing with my best friends and listening to Weak and Powerless.

→ Is there a song of 3 that makes you sad ?
No, most of their songs makes me joyful.

→ What is your favourite lyric that 2 has sung ?
Too hard to choose. Kyô’s writing is still moving, full of sadness and sorrow. Maybe undecided … but I don’t really know.

→ What is your favourite song by 9 ?
dizzy =D (and Adore).

→ How did you get in to 3 ?
I knew just a few songs by them but Georgia (_g again) convinced me to listen more songs and she was right : This band has become one of my favourite ones.

→ What was the first song you heard by 1 ?
I don’t really remember, but it must be 朽木の塔 (Kuchiki no Tô) or 絶望 (Zetsubou) like many people I think …

→ What is your favourite song by 4 ?
It may be 壊れていく世界 (Kowarete iku Sekai) or 亡者ノ行進 (Mouja no Koushin) I don’t really know, there’s too much Girugämesh’s songs I love.

→ How many time have you seen 9 live ?
Never T_T

→ What is a good memory you have concerning 2 ?
The concert last November 10th. Awesome moment.

→ Is there a song of 8 that makes you sad ?
Yes, Jelena, A life all mine or Shrink.

→ What is your favourite album of 5 ?
It must be no alternative.

→ What is your favourite lyric that 3 has sung ?
I don’t really know. Hard to chose, and only the lyrics of a few songs has been translated.

→ What is your favourite song of 1 ?
The hardest question. I’m not able to answer. If I say 君に幸あれ (Kimi ni Sachi are), in the same time, I would say "Oh but 1979 is also a great song" etc … so I really can’t choose. These guys are just fantastic.

→ What is your favourite song of 10 ?
The Noose without any hesitation, but Orestes is also wonderful.

→ How many times have you seen 8 live ?
NEVER T_T They were in Lyon (my town) in 2006, but I wasn’t at their concert. I regret it so much, also because now, Anneke left the band …

→ What is your favourite album of 1 ?
Zekuu or Kuchiki no Tô.

→ What is a great memory you have considering 9 ?
I don't know.
