There used to be a time where this album was all I needed... Weird listening back. You can never smash down the wall that is built on this album

I don't get how anyone can say this is the best Pink Floyd album when the three before it were so brilliant

Can anyone remove '(1994 Digital Remaster)' tags? Just a waste for listeners stats. (2)

What can I say about this album? So glad it popped up today. This is the first Pink Floyd album I ever heard, and I loved the band instantly.

borgy pretty much summed up my thoughts on this one. Probably the best "rock opera" ever, for my money. It's unfortunate that the band was so splintered at this point, because The Wall and The Final Cut are great albums. Would have been really nice to get another couple of albums out of the classic lineup.

An album you can listen to a million times but it still punches you in the face and blows you away like it's your first spin each time. The definition of masterpiece.

This album has the incredible distinction of being incredibly underrated and overrated at the same time. Personally, these days, I quite like it. Still, The Final Cut has a similar concept and beats it in pretty much every way.

I've come to realize, yes, this is the best album of all time. But it has to be listened to in sequence. As a complete album. A few tracks stand on their own, but in order to fully appreciate it, it needs to be listened to as a full album. Every note matters.

I hate this album so much. My least favorite PF album. A self-indulgent pile of hipster garbage with zero depth or substance and barely two decent songs. This whole concept should've stayed between Roger and his psychiatrist. Also, the worst movie ever.
