  Ive loved that man for years, makes good tunes, but seeing him in Glasgow in December, he is looking mighty old, think there is a few good tunes on the album, love no tears to cry. but think he should hang up the guitar, let steve craddock carry on playing that guitar he was quite amazing.

  Seen The Legend that is Paul Weller in Glasgow. Been a fan for ages but the first time I've seen him live. Going to see him again in February up in Aberdeen for a 2nd time !!

  Wake up the Nation = Too much shouting and not enough singer. Has he suddenly become the Kaiser bloody Chiefs?.....And what happened to the tunes?. ..Four half-decent songs is not good enough for an artist of Weller's standing. Someone needs to give him a clip round the ear hole and tell him to stop being so self-indulgent. His poorest album since Illumination. And probably his poorest work since the Style Council disintegrated.

  It goes like this; Paul Weller is fucking ace! Favourite album Wild Wood then Stanley Road, also love Heavy Soul but shame its sort of a half arsed album. Also recentley discovered how good 'Illumination' is. Still cant get into 'Heliocentric' though. Been hearing hes maybe got a new album coming out this year already? Still feels like 22 Dreams was only out yesterday.

  Saw the Modfather in Birmingham last year and Wolverhampton on St Patricks day, he is the ultimate showman. Can't wait to see him again at his outdoor gig at Cannock Chase.

  Saw them in Heidelberg last year supporting Weller, wasn't overly impressed. But that might have had something to do with the sound set up, it wasn't great for the whole night.
