Garden State, Juno are both great, but The Royal Tenenbaums has me particularly hooked at the moment. I am a sucker for Nico.

Best original score, in my opinion, is Philip Glass' for Koyaanisqatsi

I'm really partial to the soundtrack for Gladiator. Maybe it's just because my brother played it a lot while I was growing up, but it's a favourite of mine.
