  i've seen them live 4 times.. maybe not the hardest shows i've seen or the biggest moshes or the loudest but the most personal and easily the kindest most relate able fans..easily... first time i saw hurt J offered me a beer i declined as i was under aged I saw Hurt again a little less then a year later...and he laughed and asked when he'll be able to buy me that beer. i'm 18 atm so it'll be a while till he'll be able to get me that beer :p

  Thanks posiegirl for welcoming. I just tried to point out that it's a shame that hurt isn't as popular as they should be. at least here in germany. Honestly I found them by accident on a music channel with the song "rapture" (btw a great clip!) since then it never has been aired. I think it was 3 years ago. I'm realizing that this shout hasn't any point ^^ I'm just glad to find people which like HURT as much as I do. (I hope my english ist no reason for complaints ;) )

  Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. It's a pity that this group is so small, because that proofs that hurt isn't as recognized as they shoul be. It's an unbelievable great band. But who am I telling that in here? ^^ So spread the word for hurt! Did anyone have the same difficulties to get used to their new album? It took me long to even like it at all after the vol.2 Masterpiece. But now I'm fine ^^

  If you are in the US I wouldn't worry too much. The guys tour vigorously. I saw them in August 2007 and they returned a few months later to the same city about four months later. The posting is probably on the beginning, and more will be announced later.

  Oh well. At last I managed to get on Last.fm - was rather busy lately, fraggin' university and all)) Can't really understand what's been happening here while I weren't avaialable, can somebody enlighten me?)) All that I know is that Joe askd me about these "29 albums" thing and I'm shocked, 'cause even including all my folders with live recordings I can count only 17! And. Please. I remember that somebody told me when I just joined that he can send me GttM when it's out. I think I should at least ask how much it would cost for me - because right now I know only about one Russian online shop that has GttM, and it's listed as preorder with shipping date of THREE MONTHS. And, well, I want to have a real copy of this album, mostly because of this code for the site (can somebody send me these bonus tracks, BTW?). So, it won't hurt to ask.

  Thanks for the recommendation, they are a pretty good band. I've heard some of their stuff before, but I never really dove too deep until now. Hopefully i'll be able to check them out live sometime, but im still yet to even go to a hurt concert. Anyways, I finally heard Wars on the radio, which is good news. I'm sorta hoping for a softer song as their next radio single though. Seems like every time they just have the heaviest song on the album be a single. I was actually pretty surprised by their other stuff after only hearing 10 ton brick and rapture on the radio.

  I love the different sounds. The violin, the acoustic sounds and the harder songs. I love Fighting Tao, Pandora and Flowers - it really made me laugh. You tell them J Loren!

  29 CDs? Wow, I only have 6. Anyways, its not that I don't like the genre of the new album, its just that it's lacking what all of Hurt's other albums had. Its still a pretty good album, but it's far from their best.

  Yeah, it might grow on me, and there's nothing wrong with a band changing their style, but I just prefer Hurt's older style more. I was just sort of hoping the new album would be a Vol. III

  Finally got a chance to listen to the new album, and it sounds pretty different from their earlier stuff. Overall, its a pretty good album, but unfortunately, I prefer their earlier stuff. Maybe it'll grow on me though, but its still a pretty good album.
