I only know what's on the site:

"Due to the extensive 007 tour,the compilation has a slight delay and wil be in the Belgian and Dutch shops beginning of June. After the summer it should be available everywhere else as well."

I've seen the "Live at Extrema Outdoor" CD in the Bilbo recordstore today... Still got to pre-listen it though.
