silent alarm is the obvious choice.... but all 3 of their albums are great.

Silent Alarm por lejos...es un albúm buenisimo, completo, con geniales temas...vengo escuchando a BP desde el año pasado...aveces pienso, como no los ví antes. Grossos.

1. Silent Alarm (probably my fav album ever)
2. A Weekend In the City (Great Album, Amazing B-Sides(England))
3. Intimacy (My personal biggest dissapointment of 2008(more listens, more i disliked))

Well as an album "A Weekend in the City" works best, but "Silent Alarm" has the best individual songs, tough decision. I take Weekend

Have to say, that I just bought Silent Alarm a week ago, so it'll have to grow on me before I actually can rate it.
When I first heard "Intimacy" I was very disappointed but I found out that in the end it was just because I did'nt like the 2 first tracks "Ares" and "Mercury". Tracks 3-9 are the best but the rest are OK too.
AWITC is just superb stretching from the nice soft popsongs with a twist to the harder riff-based songs. Amazing band´:-)

1. silent alarm (would be pretty hard to top that)
2. intimacy.. i like the new direction they are taking
3. a weekend in the city... still like it but its my least favourite.

Easily Silent Alarm. No contest. The other two both have their good moments, but I don't really like them as albums on a whole... whereas Silent Alarm is a magnificent album (I think the best of the 21st century). They won't ever top Silent Alarm.

it's really hard to choose between a weekend in the city and silent alarm. maybe I prefer first one just because song for a clay and uniform are on it. but I love them all, b sides are great too.

All my adorable songs are most form Silent Alarm, I also adore Weekend in the City, for me it's more calm and magical. Intimacy didn't make such strong impression as two of them.

Silent Alarm > Intimacy > Weekend in the City

My preference for Silent Alarm over Intimacy is minor. I love them both almost equally. Overall I wasn't as huge a fan of Weekend in the City, though it still has great tracks.
