Importing tracks played in the past

Hi everyone, I really need help. So, I made a new Last.fm profile because I wanted to change my username, but I know I'm not able to. (My old username has my full first & last name in it, and I made it 7-8 years ago before I realized how dangerous the internets can be.)

Anyway, I know there used to be a way to important plays from Windows Media Player (or iTunes, but WMP for me) and I would really like to do that. Basically, I want my new profile to have all the info/plays from my old profile. Anyone know a way to do that?

I would also like to add that I really wish I could just change my username, because then I wouldn't have to go through this process. Just wanted to give some feedback. ;)
