Whenever I sync my iPod, songs I listened to a while ago keep being detected.

I'm very aware of the fact that there is already a "solution" to this in the FAQs, but I have no duplicates in my iTunes library to delete, so that doesn't help.

It started happening last week when I added a new album to the library, and since then, the scrobbler ignores any songs that I play on my iPod and instead keeps finding a list of songs that I played a few weeks ago. However, it does scrobble as normal when I play songs through my laptop/iTunes.

I've tried taking all the music off my iPod, and then resyncing the music back on, uninstalling and reinstalling the scrobbler.... the issue is still there.

So erm, can anyone help? :-)
