Problem with Kanji and Unicode tags on the LastFM plugin.

Hey, a few days ago, began an annoying problem on my LastFM plugin. The artists that I listened with Kanji and unicode tags and also tracks in kanji and unicode start to appear as question marks. I use the latest Windows Media Player, but I believe this is not the problem, I installed Winamp and iTunes, and also the problem persisted. If anyone can help me or tell me the source of the problem I would be grateful.
