Wrong 'casing' for an artist, unable to submit a spelling error.

When a band has a correct name on last.fm, but the casing is wrong, it should be able to submit a suggestion to that. I tried, but it corrects me.

This is the band: http://www.last.fm/music/alasca

Its name on last,fm is alasca, but it should be AlascA. There is no way to suggest this.

I've seen more issues like this (but can't find them just now). For example, a band with all uppercase, which should just be lowercase.
