My library disappeared

ATTENTION - ALL USERS

Nothing has been lost, we're re-sharding our database which has affected a quarter of our userbase. It may take up to 8 hours for your library information to re-appear on your profile.

In the meantime, please ensure you are using a client which will cache your scrobbles, e.g. the Last.fm client (www.last.fm/download).

Note: Spotify will cache your scrobbles, however quitting the app (Mac/PC client, or mobile) will delete the cache. Please make sure you keep the app open so you don't lose anything.

This was completely an unexpected side effect of increasing the capacity of our scrobble database. Please be assured that no data has been lost!

My library and charts has just gone from my profile. I have my friends and the shoutbox. The total playcount is working though...Is there anyone else who expecting this issue?

I have just had my entire history deleted too - I wasn't even getting a play count at all until I did a listening history import through the program itself, but even then it isn't showing my charts.

In all of a sudden, I have everything disappeared too. My charts and my loved tracks, and tracks today are not scrobbling anymore. Is this possible to be fixed?

There's a lot of people including myself having this issue right now. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon and it's just a glitch.

me too!

everyday i played and browse my last.fm page and all of the sudden it disappear this day.
altough i'm scrobbling right now through winamp, it still doesn't show on my profile.
but when i "love" song, it went okay.

Yap, me too, I have the exact same problem.

Also ... the loved songs is now set to 0 (zero) !!!

Of course, I'm sure it's only some other glitch, and not a definitive problem (otherwise the TOTAL count of played songs would have been erased too ... ). Probably another server stopped working on something ?

I say we should wait until it's solved (provided someone from the staff knows about the problem ... )

P.S. From what I checked, all my last.fm friends do NOT have this problem (and this is really funny :-)) )
